New Jersey has some very unhappy voters but the question remains: Does it matter? Will enough people vote? Will they express their dissatisfaction by voting out incumbents? While these questions can only be answered on district by district basis, this statewide survey suggests there won't be much, if any, change. Eventually, this disgruntled electorate is going to catch up with incumbents. Is it this year? It doesn't look that way.
