FDU poll comes closest to predicting Senate race
Most independent polls conducted on the U.S. Senate race between Frank Lautenberg and Douglas Forrester during the final weeks of the 2002 campaign were generally accurate, with a November 3 survey conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University's Public Mind coming the
closest. FDU predicted the 10-point margin correctly. Click here for a comparison of most recent polls to actual results of New Jersey's U.S. Senate race (11/08/02)
