Republican Response

Tom Kean can still win this race. Voters' impressions of candidates can change very quickly, and New Jersey voters are known for settling on a candidate in the last few days of an election. This poll is purely a reflection of negative campaign spending and Menendez' having done more of it. With new national party spending this week, Tom Kean should be able to level the playing field in the final days of the campaign.
